When we practice Yoga with full presence of mind, consisting of Asanas, Pranayama and cleansing Kriyas, the body, mind and soul goes into meditative mode. Thus bringing positivity, everlasting happiness and strengthening of aura (Human Energy Field surrounding the body). Continuous practice of Yoga keeps away from stress, brings calmness in our behavior and gives better personal life style, ultimately benefitting the society at large.
